Open the Finecut process to longer components and production layouts.
Extended precision platform
WMC
1000II.
Finecut process capability for applications that need more room—larger components, longer profiles, multi-part layouts or production concepts that extend beyond the WMC500II envelope.
WMC1000IIIncluded system scope
WMC1000II is the core.
The system completes it.
Every Finecut System brings together the precision machine tool, ultra-high-pressure pump, water treatment, workspace ventilation and the software needed to program the process.

More room.
Same discipline.
The WMC1000II is the route for manufacturers whose parts or production layouts demand an extended platform. Finepart defines the final configuration from the actual application, with geometry, handling, fixturing and throughput considered as one system.
Evaluate multiple-part fixturing and nesting to reduce operator intervention.
Align motion, access, workholding and workflow before the system is specified.
Technical specifications
Extended reach.
Defined precision.
The WMC1000II retains full 3-axis performance across its standard configurations. Values are stated as positioning accuracy / repeatability; finished-component tolerance is a separate, application-dependent specification.
| Configuration | Working envelope | Axes / angular range | Motion concept | Positioning / repeatability | Finished-part tolerance | Typical applications |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3X | 500 × 1,000 × 80 mm | X, Y, Z | Fixed workpiece; vertical jet | 3X: ±1.5 / ±1.5 µm | Down to ±10 µm | Larger flat components, 2D contours and series production |
| 4X, type B | 500 × 1,000 × 80 mm | X, Y, Z + B; B ±45° | B-axis tilts the nozzle in one direction | 3X: ±1.5 / ±1.5 µm; with B: ±2.5 / ±2.0 µm | 3X down to ±10 µm; multi-axis application-dependent | Angled cuts, bevels and taper compensation on larger workpieces |
| 5X, type ABX | 500 × 1,000 × 80 mm | X, Y, Z + A, B; A/B ±15° | Two rotary axes tilt the nozzle in any direction | 3X: ±1.5 / ±1.5 µm; multi-axis not universally specified | 3X down to ±10 µm; 5-axis down to ±25 µm | Taper compensation, controlled angles and complex contours on larger parts |
Important: Finepart does not state a universal multi-axis positioning, repeatability or component-tolerance value where marked application-dependent. Achievable results must be qualified for the material, thickness, geometry, fixture and cutting strategy. Specifications are based on FP-MS-260118, v00.
