Finepart’s Bollebygd Centre of Excellence brings application development, process optimisation, test cutting and subcontract production together under one roof.
Develop the process before the investment
Finepart supports theoretical review, test cuts and proof-of-concept work before moving into prototypes, batches and specialised subcontract production. This reduces technical risk and builds evidence for the final system configuration.
Micro-scale geometry, industrial discipline
Finecut combines a rigid machine-tool frame, linear motors and FANUC control with a 0.2 mm jet, typical tolerances down to ±10 µm and surface finish down to Ra ≈0.8 µm, depending on the application.
A bridge to scalable production
Customers can validate cutting data, fixtures, quality targets and workflows in the Centre before bringing the process in-house. Finepart Academy and application engineers then support training and ramp-up.
