Share history · July 2026

The 1:500 reverse
share split, explained.

Finepart’s 2026 Annual General Meeting resolved on a reverse share split in which 500 existing shares were consolidated into one new share. The consolidation reduced the number of shares and increased the price represented by each share in the same proportion.

A reverse split does not, by itself, change a shareholder’s proportional ownership or the company’s total market value. Shareholders whose holdings were not evenly divisible by 500 received the additional shares required for the consolidation without payment. The new ISIN, SE0029529759, became effective for trading on 3 July 2026.
